Still a Gypsy

The weather has been crappy lately, some days have been warmer, but for the most part, it has been quite chilly for MAY!!! I finally got to see what I did for grades this past semester. I did end up with a semester GPA of 3.0, the best I've ever done in school, all my life!!! I got two A's two B's and the one D from sucking completely on my final Shakespeare paper. I'm glad I did so well otherwise though. I'm sitting here in a local coffeeshop, enjoying the light music and laughter of the patrons. I'm looking forward to coming home for good though. I'm tired of college life, tired of always being so unsettled. I'm ready to take my little trip to Texas to visit with my Mom. Looking forward to seeing her and spending time with her.

Walked through South Park on the way to Hy-Vee on 12th and Harrison Streets. That's a pretty nice little store. I really enjoyed the walk, but it got chilly outside as the morning progressed. Wasn't happy about it. I'm wearing a long sleeved shirt and a sweatshirt. Darn that Low Blood Pressure!!! I haven't seen my coffee Klatch in a couple weeks, and I miss them. Tried to see them on Monday, but there were things I needed to do before leaving Macomb, so I arrived too late.

I'm going to be picking up some hours at the new County Market on 48th and Broadway, since I'm looking to spend  most of my summer time in Quincy. They had no problem with giving me hours, so that looks to be something to do a couple days per week, to give me some extra spending money. I'm looking to get caught up on a few bills, not to mention what I owe to the college in order to register.

Well, maybe you'll get another update in a week or so. I don't have immediate access to the web, so the updates will be scarce for the summer. Will definitely be more regular this coming Fall. Last One!!! Woohoo!!!
