Where have I been?

I just don't take the time to post here like I should. I have more work hours and school to contend with. A fellow math classmate and I will be getting together on Monday to see what can be done about this class we are in. IT's not going very well right now, and there are a couple professors who are behind me in this. I'll post on what happens when everything happens, as of now, we don't know.

I'm trying to graduate in December, and would really like to learn math, not Microsoft Excel. It's math 100, so we should be learnign Math 100. Been having really good church services at my new church. Myold church is experiencing growth, so that's been good news to hear. I'm going to see them all on the weekend prior to Thanksgiving. I might also get to see my brother, which will be nice. My mom isn't to  happy with him, she's not even taking his mailing address from me, since he really doesn't call us. I couldnt believe it when he IM'ed me. It was good to hear from him. My family is so messed up sometimes. I get tired of that. What ever happened to normal? maybe this is indeed normal. Sheesh!

  2. wellllllll......lets see.......misery love company, so a study buddy is a good thing.....I had to retake a human growth and development course, because I felt the professor was F.O.S. (that's ..full of sh**)and all he talked about was how breast feeding was the best, c-sections were bad, and fetal monitoring had no effect on the outcome of delivery, and an episiotomy was worthless.......I do realize that the factors surrounding child birth and the babies first year or so are very important.....but the course was HUMAN GROWTH AND FRICKEN DEVELOPMENT!!!!!!! A subject that should cover all the life span, not just whether a mom should breast feed.....anyhow, I made a D, because I tested good on the book, but pretty much ignored his lecture...example on (such and such date)On his lecture test... I mentioned 5 things common to low economic mothers.....what was the third?.....I could easily list all 5 just not in the order he liked....end result.....retook the class online with a different professor.....she actually taught the book......I made an easy B+.....so as for stupid professors .......girl I feel your pain....stick to your guns, and ALWAYS....have a back up plan if it gets ugly....lol....riff:mrgreen:

  4. Wow, I didn't figure you were stil reading. I just don't havetime to post as I would like. My cat ismiraculously still alive and he wants ALL of my attention, but ONLY when HE wants it.
